All Timber & Tide products are made to order with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your package is on its way.

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

We ship within the United States. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact page with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
