Are your items handmade?
Many of them are! I handcraft charms, stationery goods, cozy accessories, and personalized pieces in small batches. Other items are carefully curated to match the Timber & Tide aesthetic and quality standards.

What comes in a Timber & Tide bundle?
Bundles vary by season, but they usually include a mix of cozy stationery, bookish accessories, stickers, and small curated surprises. Each bundle is designed to feel like a warm little gift to yourself.
Can I choose what goes in my bundle?
Some bundles are curated (I pick everything intentionally), and others are build‑your‑own or mystery scoops. Each listing will clearly say which type it is.
Do bundles change seasonally?

Do you offer personalized items?
Yes — several items can be personalized, including charms, fidgets, stationery pieces, and select accessories. If personalization is available, you’ll see the option on the product page.
Can I request a custom charm or accessory?

How long does processing take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, but personalized or handmade items may take a little longer. Each listing includes specific processing times.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on orders $49+ within the U.S.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from my cozy little studio in Oregon.
Do you ship internationally?

What materials do you use?
I use a mix of polymer clay, resin-safe findings, high-quality PLA or PETG, cozy fabrics, high‑quality stationery paper, and curated accessories that match the Timber & Tide aesthetic.
Are handmade items durable?
I handcraft each piece with thoughtful materials and careful techniques. While handmade items have their own personality, they’re created to be enjoyed and used.
💛 Returns & Order Issues
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns on unused, non‑personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or custom items are final sale.
What if something arrives damaged?
Just reach out with a photo and your order number — I’ll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped or started (for personalized items), I can usually update or cancel it. Contact me as soon as possible.
